Finally I have my visa. Well not technically, it's in Fedex's hands after my brother visited the Embassy today, dropped it off this morning an hour after receiving it. Then went back a few hours later, picked it up and drove straight to his local Fedex office.
Bags are packed but I still need to buy my tickets. LOL, not airline tickets, I have those, I meant my tickets to the Home of Anne Frank. I have a six hour layover in Amsterdam and the first thing I wanted to do is visit her Secret Annex. They say there is usually a long wait but if you buy tickets online, well.... you get a separate entrance. http://www.annefrank.org/content.asp?PID=754&LID=2
Soon I'll try to post an inventory of what I've packed. Quite an odd collection if I do say so myself.
