Sipping warm Guiness watching soccer on tv outside, who'd of thunk? UU's team is Barcelona. Appetzer is Suya (barbecued thin strips of meat), heavy on the chili seasoning, served with raw tomatos and onions. Diet here is a lot rice and beans. Yesterdays dinner was beans with moi moi (bean paste) and it was very good. Oh forgot to mention that the Guiness here is brewed locally.

spent most of the day at DevInput's office, http://devinput.com/index.html where Utiang has his main office which he shares with Grace, Grace, and Grace. No kidding, all three women are named Grace. Though they go by Jay, Grace and Ojonide ("Oh, Journey, Day"). Utiang likes to say that "God has showered him with Grace". Power here is a little more stable being that it is a government building. Power for the computers and more importantly, the AC. I missed a huge fire af few blocks away from where I'm staying, Barumark Estates. A tanker truck burst into flames while being refilled. I'll get my driver to stop by it so I can take a quick picture. On the office front, Adobe Premiere Elements is giving me fits trying to learn. The Organizer it comes with is intuitive enough but when you save your work then try to reopen it, it's not there. Argggghhh. Also, trying to edit video without a mouse is definitely time consuming. Oh well, 3:00 here (10:00 AM at home) time to split for lunch. Maybe Skippers again, good fish and rice. Some times stop there for a quick meat pie. Had the meat stew the other day and our friend Elise asked the girl at the counter, what kind of meat is it"?
.....to which they replied, "just meat". Guess that means, don't ask.
